The directory service

The directory helps visitors discover businesses and contact them. Business owners supply their listings, prices, photos, services and offers. Publication is not an endorsement, professional accreditation or a guarantee of availability.

Requests and transactions

Appointment submissions are requests until the business confirms them. Confirm prices, scheduling, cancellation policies and other transaction terms directly with the business. Businesses provide and are responsible for their goods and services. The directory does not collect payment for them.

Owner listing plans and category sponsorship

A free listing contains basic business information. Enhanced listings cost CAD $400 for one year or CAD $500 for two years, before applicable tax, and renew at the selected amount and interval until cancelled. Category sponsorship is a separate subscription: CAD $500 for the first two years, then CAD $500 per year until cancelled. Checkout separately discloses tax, the amount due and each renewal commitment.

One sponsor may occupy each selected country, province, city/locality and directory category. The current sponsor receives first preference to renew. Continued placement requires payment and an eligible approved listing; sponsorship is advertising rather than permanent ownership, verification or endorsement. Selecting a slot does not reserve it. A temporary checkout hold may expire if payment is not completed.

Owners can cancel future subscription renewal in Plans & billing; paid access continues through the paid-through date. Refund, dispute, failed-renewal and any statutory cancellation policies require final operator/legal approval before paid launch. Version one does not support product ordering, carts, pickup reservations or customer product payments. Those capabilities are coming soon for paid listings, without a promised release date. Listing and sponsorship fees are paid on the website.

Your account and content

Keep account credentials private and provide accurate information. Only manage a business you are authorised to represent. You must have rights to the content and images you upload and permission to publish staff and contact details. You allow the operator to store and display that content to provide the directory service.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful or misleading material, infringe rights, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Businesses remain responsible for applicable licences, professional rules, product restrictions and consumer obligations.

Review, changes and availability

The operator reviews submissions and may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. Report concerns through Contact. Alpha features may change or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important business records.

Privacy and applicable law

Read the privacy notice before submitting personal information. Do not send medical details through appointment notes. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory rights and laws that apply to you.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator about questions or concerns. Material changes will be identified on this page; any additional notice required by law must be provided by the operator.
